• Exemplify the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Operate a multi‑line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Process guest requests for wake‑up calls.
• Provide customer service regarding phone directions and inquiries.
• Receive and distribute messages for hotel guests and personnel.
• Prepare guest amenity list, key inventory, radio checks, and sort internal mail.
• Coordinate all emergency communications with appropriate hotel personnel via telephone, radios, and email.
• Operate parking gates to assist hotel guests and patrons enter/exit the hotel property and parking structure.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Work under pressure, multi‑task, and have excellent customer service skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Base pay starts at ($23.17/hour - probationary rate; $27.27/hour)
