• Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold
• Potential to earn a commission during sales training when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

• Saturday and Sunday 8:30-13:30

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, include turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
