We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate while earning rewarding commissions and gaining consistent, hands on experience with buyers throughout Orange County. This opportunity is designed as a clear stepping stone toward becoming a producing Buyer Agent, with structure, daily activity standards, and support that lead to long term and predictable growth.

In this opportunity, you will support property showings, assist with client communication, and manage follow up while learning each stage of the real estate sales process. You will work closely with experienced agents and team leaders who provide guidance, proven systems, and hands on mentorship, giving you real exposure to how production focused agents operate successfully. • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
