Position Overview
The Marketing Campaign Manager plays a key role in building and operating Stevenson Systems’ marketing engine. This position will focus on
planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns
across email and paid channels—primarily through
Hub Spot
—to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion for Stevenson Systems and Tru Space.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys
launching campaigns, building lists, improving performance through analytics
, and maintaining clean CRM alignment between
Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics 365
.
- Build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns using
Hub Spot Marketing Hub - Manage campaign workflows, automation, and lifecycle email journeys (nurture, reactivation, upsell)
- Create and maintain
dynamic lists
for targeting and segmentation - Support lead capture tools including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and tracking links
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to messaging, customer stage, and business goals
- Maintain accurate contact, company, and lifecycle data in Hub Spot to support campaign targeting and reporting
- Coordinate with the sales/ops team to ensure clean field mapping between
Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Assist with basic troubleshooting and improvement of CRM sync behavior (duplicates, lifecycle mismatches, segmentation rules)
- Track campaign performance and surface insights weekly (open/click rates, conversion rates, lead flow, CPL where applicable)
- Monitor funnel health and identify drop-offs in engagement or conversion
- Report on key performance indicators with clear takeaways and recommended next actions
- Help establish repeatable reporting dashboards and marketing scorecards (Hub Spot + Excel)
- Turn internal content (whitepapers, case studies, sales collateral) into campaigns that drive engagement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely launches and consistent messaging
- Support simple A/B testing for subject lines, messaging, and CTA performance
- Campaigns are launched consistently and on schedule
- Active lists and segmentation are accurate and reliable
- Marketing performance improves month over month (engagement, lead capture, conversion)
- CRM records are clean enough to support automation and reporting without constant rework
- Sales has better visibility into who is engaging and when
- 2–5 years
experience in marketing campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations - Hands-on experience using
Hub Spot
(Marketing Hub strongly preferred) - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation
- Comfortable working with analytics and campaign performance reporting
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Experience working alongside a CRM like
Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Experience with paid Linked In campaigns and lead magnets
- Familiarity with B2B services, SaaS, AEC, facilities, CRE, or related industries (bonus)
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once and prioritizing effectively
