Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Preschool Teacher as well as a full-time Office Assistant/Floater to join our team! The Assistant Preschool Teacher will help lead a class of students throughout the school year, assess their current academic levels, and design instruction to meet their individual and collective needs. The Office Assistant/Floater will work in the office with the director and fill in classrooms as needed.
You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential both emotionally and educationally. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units, with willingness to take up to 9 more units
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, with ability to adhere closely
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
