As a Mercedes-Benz Automotive Technician
, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in line with factory and dealership standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, the latest diagnostic equipment, and a team of professionals that values continuous improvement and training.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Utilize factory-approved diagnostic tools to identify and address vehicle issues effectively.
• Conduct inspections and identify vehicle malfunctions, keeping detailed records of all work performed.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in manufacturer-provided training.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members regarding vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and maintain dealership standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and uphold the highest level of workmanship in all repairs.

• Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician or dealership experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, ideally working with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electronic systems, engines, and mechanical components.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary: $72,960 - $96,000 a year. Salary dependent on years of experience. Must have Mercedes Benz experience. These salaries do not include bonuses and are based on an average 40-hour work week.
