You will support our commitment to bringing our spirited drinks to life for each guest. As a Bartender, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUSS-SOME dining experience in the restaurant that makes each guest's day better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences.
• Efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving responsibly.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell.
• Assist servers in the restaurant with questions about our spirited drinks.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
• For California-based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be completed during training and within 60 days of start date).
