Overview
The Data Production Specialist 1 plays a key role in Recall Masters’ data production operations by supporting the accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of data used for recall management and compliance activities. This position contributes to company and departmental goals by supporting data workflows, system outputs, and quality standards that enable downstream teams and client deliverables. With a technical and detail-oriented focus, the role exists to ensure data reliability while providing essential production support across departments.
This will also help us align with our company-wide goal of launching new clients within 30 days.
- Building R+ and Recall mail files
- Building Recall Webpage Email Announcements
- Merging data and art to prepare for printing
- Assist the Data team with workload and any special assignments
- Develop and maintain documentation for data production processes and workflows
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and resources to meet project timelines while adapting to changing demands and priorities
- Works closely with the Performance Management team to ensure client expectations are met
- Consistently deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and to the required standards
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding any potential delays or challenges, ensuring transparency and timely adjustments when necessary
- Quality checks data and all guidelines to ensure accuracy prior to delivery
- Proficient use of Company CRM (Salesforce), Zendesk, and completing trackers
- Cross-training with other Production team members
- Previous experience in a production-focused or operational data role
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data issues
- Associate degree in business administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in data production, data management, or related roles
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk or related software
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), FTP, SOL, and experience with database management systems

Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office. This position is eligible to US citizens physically residing in the US, any offer of employment is contingent upon background, drug screen, and reference checks.
