Position Overview

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’re part of a team that values work‑life balance and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patients come first. Build relationships with patients, continuously improve health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Available when the clinic is open.
  • Lead a cross‑functional clinical team (size depends on state laws) to deliver optimal patient, teammate and community care.
  • Financial Management: manage clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, maintain vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance.
  • Autonomy: run your clinic with support from director, regional peers and the broader company to drive continuous improvement.

  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards.

Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred.
  • Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience, at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
  • Current RN license if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Collaboration essential: work daily with clinical and financial teams.
  • Intermediate computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
