• Answer phones for customer service and schedule service appointments
• Opportunity to advise potential customers on solutions and design options
• Enter customer information with 100% accuracy and accept payments
• Greet walk-in customers

• Will look at customers  homes virtually to discuss current trends and design options
• Maintain and promote a positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees

• Must have a strong sales background
• Must have experience working in an office setting
• Home design experience preferred
• Computer experience and adaptability with technology is essential
• Must have excellent communication and listening skills with the strong ability to multi-task and stay focused
• Must have excellent grammar, spelling, phone and computer skills
• Must have strong writing skills
• Must be independent, proactive, organized, neat, task and detail-oriented
• Must be a quick learner
• Punctuality and flexibility is a must
• Multi-line telephone experience a plus

• Full-time: 9:00am-6:00 pm M-F
• Pay starting at $22/hr, depending on experience
• Eligible for commission once fully trained (past 90 days probation)
• Minimum Wage will be paid during training and onboarding (the first couple of weeks)
