Why so flexible? We re a FUNDED startup racing to launch end of Q1 2026. That gives us just 3 months to stack features while raising additional working capital. The Role
We re building the legal infrastructure to power a crowdfunding and exchange platform — think everything required to launch, operate, and scale a compliant securities marketplace. This means a lot of work is coming
, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.
Ideally, you become our Fractional Chief Legal Counsel — owning the legal function, working closely with the founder, and scaling with us as we grow. If you re looking for interesting, high-stakes securities work with a seat at the table, this is it.
The founder has drafted initial offering documents with AI assistance. We need an experienced securities attorney to review, refine, and approve these materials — then help us build out the legal framework for everything that comes next.
