Epicor Operations Consultant

Quantum ERP Solutions is seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Operations Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic (formerly Epicor ERP 10/11) and modern manufacturing/distribution operations. You will help clients leverage Kinetic’s cloud‑first architecture and modern user experience to transform their operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.
MUST be able to join and lead active Epicor implementations on day one!

• Lead end‑to‑end Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects
• Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and gap analyses
• Design and configure Epicor modules including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Supply Chain Management
• Develop and document functional specifications and process workflows
• Provide expert guidance on Epicor best practices and industry standards

• Analyze client manufacturing and distribution operations to identify improvement opportunities
• Configure and optimize MRP/MES, production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Implement lean manufacturing principles within Epicor frameworks
• Design and implement KPIs and operational dashboards using Epicor tools

• Troubleshoot complex Epicor system issues and provide resolution strategies
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs
• Support data migration and integration activities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships at all organizational levels
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

• 5+ years of hands‑on Epicor ERP implementation and consulting experience
• Proven track record with Epicor Kinetic
• Experience with at least 5 full‑cycle Epicor implementations
• Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience required
• MUST be able to join and lead active Epicor implementations on day one!

• Expert‑level knowledge of Epicor modules (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM)
• Proficiency in Epicor configuration tools (BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS)
• Understanding of SQL, database management, and data migration tools
• Experience with Epicor REST APIs and integration methods
• Familiarity with EDI, barcode systems, and WMS integration

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, process, mixed‑mode)
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and procurement best practices
• Experience with financial processes including GL, AP, AR, and cost accounting
• Understanding of quality management and compliance requirements

• Epicor certification(s) in relevant modules
• Experience with Epicor Cloud/SaaS deployments
• Knowledge of ISV solutions and third‑party integrations
• Experience with change management methodologies
