This is a full-time, in-office role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate and finance.

• Manage and oversee third-party property management accounting teams and reporting
• Perform full-cycle accounting for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting on Company’s real estate investments
• Manage relationships with lenders and investors to ensure proper cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business objectives
• Extensive Yardi software experience for real estate accounting and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
• Strong command of Yardi software (required)
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
