At Hibbett, we’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager who’s passionate about delivering an incredible customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow the business, and create a winning store environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations
• Lead the store and team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing store associates
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive loyalty
• Monitor and impact key business metrics including sales, inventory, and profitability
• Ensure visual standards, policies, and procedures are executed consistently
• Keep leadership informed on store performance, trends, and opportunities

• 1–3 years of retail and customer service experience (footwear/apparel a plus)
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A self-starter who takes initiative and leads by example
• Passion for sales, service, and creating a great in-store experience
