Sally Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales)

The primary focus of the Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to ensure you have the knowledge needed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

• Build relationships and foster customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program and keep them informed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work around fumes, odors, and moving parts. The role involves standing for long periods and physical activities such as bending and lifting.
