Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and evidence based decision making skills
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities
• Perform the full Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation) using critical thinking and evidence based practice.
• Deliver relationship based, patient centered care adapted to population specific needs (age, gender, condition, cultural diversity).
• Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports, care plan discussions, rounding, and timely education.
• Maintain clinical practice aligned with current standards and best practices.

• Must have skills:
  
  - Registered Nurse Emergency Department
• Min 5 year of experience as RN Emergency Department
• Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
• BLS
• PALS
• ACLS
• TNCC
• Direct patient care experience
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
• Basic computer and technology skills
