Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Competitive compensation with night shift differentials. Comprehensive Benefits Package:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation for medical-surgical patients.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally competent care and manage conditions such as diabetes, COPD, post-operative recovery, and infections.
• Exemplary Practice:
  Coordinate and document safe patient care, promoting effective communication with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members. Foster a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and patient responses, perform wound care, manage drains and IVs, and provide extensive patient and family education.
• Clinical Care:
  Complete all required competencies and education.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor to support the development of new nurses and students.
• Functional focus on Professional Development:
  Function decisively and competently during patient emergencies, utilizing BLS protocols and escalating care appropriately.
• Quality & Safety:
  Promote evidence-based practice and participate in unit performance improvement initiatives.
• Uphold all policies, procedures, and accreditation standards (e.g., TJC Patient Safety Goals).

• Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• Current BLS certification (required upon hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or a Multi-State Compact License
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification is a plus
• 1 year of direct patient care experience is preferred
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Experience in an acute care Medical/Surgical setting is highly desirable
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize care for multiple patients
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health records
• You will develop broad clinical skills, have access to professional growth resources, and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and outcomes during the night shift
