About the Role:
Join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team, where you’ll care for patients who require a higher level of monitoring than Med-Surg but do not need ICU-level care. We are seeking skilled and compassionate RNs who excel in critical thinking, patient assessment, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

‍⚕️ Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to IMCU patients
• Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond effectively to patient status changes and emergencies
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• Previous IMCU, Step-Down, Telemetry, ICU, or Acute Care experience preferred
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and clinical skills
