DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role is full-time, three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:30 a.m.–6 p.m.).

Responsibilities

• Perform CVVs, medication administration, and other clinical duties.
• Provide care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Support and collaborate with a positive team environment.
• Leverage broad nursing skills to manage patients with multiple comorbidities.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Flexible shift availability required for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Training may occur at a facility or training clinic other than the primary clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
• Preferred: BONENT or CHT certification or as required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire required.
