- Keep talc mixing room in clean and orderly condition
- Maintain and store chemicals in proper 5S locations
- Clean talc mixing equipment and scales of buildup. Keep in "like new" condition
- Prepare 2-3 batches of talc per shift as needed to keep Range 9 on schedule
- Complete required Quality Control test on talc batches to verify compliance
- Ensure no incorrect or non-approved chemicals are kept in the mixing area
- Complete proper talc mixing paperwork and files
- Clear empty drums and wooden pallets from talc room and dispose accordingly
- Off load chemical or talc deliveries when required
- Complete weekly cycle count of all talc chemicals
- Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
