Position: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

The bale loader position is responsible for loading material onto a conveyor belt for production usage. Applicants must be able to do basic math, read order tags, and load/unload transfer trucks using a forklift.

• Facilitate a safe, clean working environment for all department employees.
• Participate in loss control and safety programs to improve and reduce injury and loss experiences.
• Prioritize the production of work orders by customer requirements, production efficiencies, and time needed to produce the order.
• Maintain proper finished goods and raw material inventory areas.
• Be willing to work overtime and 5–6 days of the week as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess a GED/High School diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. Applicants must have the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and is a self‑starter.

This position will be in a manufacturing environment with low to medium noise levels, requiring ear protection and safety glasses in certain areas. Frequent movement on the production floor includes standing, stooping, bending, and reaching. Candidates must be available to work various shifts and overtime is a requirement of this position.
