• Maintain and organized work area, practice 5 S principles.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment and assembly to meet production targets.
• Participate in production and productivity meetings.
• Set up tools and machines for specific production runs and assembly.
• Inspect components and finished product for quality, recording measurement, and pass/fail criteria.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Document production data, scrap, downtime, and process deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing or production, or assembly.
• Basic mechanical skills: working with hand tools, measurement devices, etc.
• Familiar with safety protocols, and PPE.

This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, moving equipment and other standard industrial conditions, and requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Physical Demands:
  Standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves close accuracy and visual awareness.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• Incumbents may be exposed to moving tow motors, electrical currents, fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions.
