This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

What You’ll Do- Perform and support all operator duties on the assigned packaging line, including setup and teardown.
- Provide coverage for vacations and absences while coordinating daily staffing and resource planning.
- Lead or participate in daily production meetings and communicate effectively with processing and support teams.
- Serve as a key resource for packaging operations, including continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives.
- Identify training needs and facilitate operator training and skill development.
- Close process orders, initiate maintenance work orders, and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
- Ensure material availability by creating and managing production material requirements to maintain productivity.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills in current or previous roles.
- 1 to 2 years of current or recent experience in a manufacturing environment; previous work experience with packaging equipment preferred.
- Previous forklift operation and team‑based work experience considered a plus.
- Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as needed.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour. Esto range may be modified in the future and may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
