Starting Hourly Pay $16

• Outdoor and Independent Work:
  You’ll be mobile, independent, and responsible for your own route. You’ll be the face of Northwest in your local community, helping protect homes, businesses, and families.
• Training and Development:
  No exterminating experience required! We provide comprehensive training. After training, you’ll lead your own customer accounts and apply your skills.

• Building Relationships:
  Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and foster customer loyalty.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route:
  Handle day-to-day operations of your route with strong time management.
• Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First:
  Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting Hourly Pay $16, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
