Our clinics are all outpatient and office‑based, with locations in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
- Providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
- Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offering a "white glove" experience.
- Guiding new patients through their intake process.
- Collecting urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
- Maintaining daily financial records and reports.
- Coordinating with medical and clinical staff to schedule intakes.
- Providing clerical and logistical support.
- Overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
- Monday–Friday; 4:45 am–12:45 pm
- Rotating Saturday; 5:45 am–9:45 am

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
- Lived addiction experience is a plus.
