Our clinics are all outpatient and office‑based, with locations in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

• Providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting with daily operations.
• Maintaining a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offering a "white glove" experience.
• Guiding new patients through their intake process.
• Collecting urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintaining daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinating with medical and clinical staff to schedule intakes.
• Providing clerical and logistical support.
• Overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

• Monday–Friday; 4:45 am–12:45 pm
• Rotating Saturday; 5:45 am–9:45 am

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.
