Our Board‑Certified Endodontic Practice has been serving the West Georgia area for almost 30 years. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care with precision and compassion, combining advanced techniques and state‑of‑the‑art technology to provide the highest quality treatment in a comfortable, supportive environment.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule:

Full time, Mon‑Thurs 8‑5, Fri 8‑12

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre‑authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Discuss financial responsibilities with patients, which can include explaining our office financing options to patients
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dental front office experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $15–$22 per hour.
