The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery, and maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting countertops, and preparing work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted vehicle parts, and place tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Clean the exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close‑vision required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service orientation.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling, pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ miles.
• Ability to sit, stand 5+ minutes, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 1+ time.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely near moving mechanical parts.
