Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to remodel and repair temporary living quarters (mobile homes). This is a hands-on position requiring expertise in multiple trades and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive repairs and remodeling on mobile homes
- Roofing installation and repair
- Flooring installation and replacement
- FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) installation
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Sheetrock installation, finishing, and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Proven carpentry experience
- Experience working on mobile homes or manufactured housing preferred
- Proficiency in roofing, flooring, plumbing, sheetrock, and painting
- Own tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- High School Diploma
- Clear Background
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation
- Must be able to pass drug screen
