Regional Homes Lafayette is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments. • Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analysis
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

• Closer and Negotiator mindset

• A proven background in prospecting

• Draw + Commission = potential $200,000/Year
