Sr. Sales Executive Job Description

• Develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory, targeting small‑mid law firms.
• Utilize prospecting and consultative selling skills, high energy, and initiative to identify opportunities for Find Law web‑based marketing and advertising solutions.
• Partner with the internal Account Management team to support post‑sales satisfaction and retention of existing Find Law customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and quotas in the assigned territory.
• Consult clients regarding web‑based marketing strategies that meet their business needs and enhance their ability to generate business.
• Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude with MS Office, internet applications, and
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in outside sales in a professional B2B environment.
• Proven track record of sales success, fast growth, and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.
• Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment a plus.

• Working knowledge of sales process, methods, and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services.
• Proven organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to work independently.

• Active field presence on most business days with some overnight travel based on territory to various client sites.

  : $75,000 base with uncapped commission, averaging $80,000‑$150,000; top earners at nearly $200K OTE.
