We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment.

Responsibilities include offering knowledgeable assistance on golf equipment, staying updated on current golf trends, and demonstrating a strong willingness and ability to help others while contributing to the growth of our retail business. Additionally, our Retail Sales Associates will occasionally support our online operations as needed.  fosters a positive culture among the team, and this position will be a leader of our core values.

  Experience:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment based on their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Golf Equipment Expertise:
  • Stay informed about current golf trends and new products.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of golf equipment features and benefits.
  • Educate customers on the latest golf technology and products.
• Sales Support:
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining product displays.
  • Promote special offers and sales events to customers.
• Online Operations Support:
  • Provide assistance to the online sales team as needed.
  • Help with packaging and shipping online orders during peak times.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management for both in-store and online stock.

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
