Position Overview:

Veronica Beard is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join their shop-in-shop team at Galeries Lafayette on a short-term mission
. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury fashion, strong sales skills, and the ability to create a memorable experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and attended to.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with Veronica Beard brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
  • Support store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy work environment.
    • Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or luxury fashion sales experience preferred, ideally in a multi-brand or department store setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Results-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
