We also provide these services in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Mississippi, Colorado, Wyoming, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.
This is a full-time, on-site or remote (on-site preferred) role for an Abstracting and Title Agent for Louisiana and a Title and Oil and Gas Leasing Agent for Texas. The Abstracting and Title Agent will be responsible for conducting title searches, performing title research, abstracting, and ensuring accurate documentation for land acquisitions. Daily tasks include preparing reports, handling due diligence.
Qualifications- Experience in Title Searches and Chain of Title tasks
- Skills in Closings and Escrow management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
