. This position is located in Lafayette, LA and offers an hourly wage range of $22.69–$31.20. The role is full‑time and requires a state‑licensed LPN or LVN, current CPR and AED certification, and completion of Bio Life’s Medical Support Specialist training.

• Determine donor eligibility, manage informed consent, and conduct medical history interviews.
• Perform physical examinations, blood testing, and review serological protein electrophoresis (SPE) results.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for safety and eligibility decisions.
• Support hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents, coordinate pandemic investigations, and comply with EHS guidance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; LPN or LVN licensed in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• State licensure for basic IV therapy.
• Fulfill FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years of clinical or hospital setting experience.
