Overview
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a hybrid position supporting marketing coordination (approximately 70%) and sales support (approximately 30%). This role works closely with Account Executives, internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects, campaigns, and sales efforts organized and moving forward.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing Coordination (70%)
- Schedule and manage social media posts using approved tools
- Implement and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Coordinate campaigns by organizing assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables
- Set up projects, tasks, and deadlines in project management tools
- Coordinate work with contractors and vendors to ensure expectations and timelines are met
- Support events, promotions, and special campaigns
- Communicate with clients regarding timelines, assets, and campaign updates
- Maintain and update CRM records (Accelo or similar; training provided)
- Assist Account Executive with proposal and estimate preparation
- Support upsell and cross-sell efforts for existing clients
- Help ensure smooth coordination between sales and marketing teams
- 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, project coordination, account management, or similar roles
- Digital marketing industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working directly with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Proactive and accountable; you see gaps and take ownership
- Able to work well across different personalities and roles
- Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools such as: CRM systems, project management platforms, Google Workspace, social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail Chimp), Canva or similar tools, ChatGPT or other AI tools to improve efficiency
