Compensation: Base pay of $75-$85k with total comp potential of $89k to $99k

• Lead & Inspire:

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management. Experience in wholesale sales or flooring is a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle reports, P&L statements, and numerical data effectively.
• Attributes:
  Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and passionate about leading a high‑performing team to success.
