• $22.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 12:00pm)

Complete repairs, paint, HVAC work, cut grass, install appliances, and other various minor tasks at the discretion of management.

• Open availability on weekends due to 24/7 on-call
• Universal HVAC certification REQUIRED
• Required to use personal phone for anything work-related
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
