Paralegal – Lafayette

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in the Lafayette office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases;
• Manage and organize case files;
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel;
• Prepare discovery requests and responses, letters, and requests for documents (including medical records);
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, and client meetings; and
• Other relevant responsibilities, as necessary.

• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Basic accounting skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe; and
• Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
