Cloud System Administrator

Description We are looking for a skilled Cloud System Administrator to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. In this role, you will oversee cloud-based systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security. • Manage and maintain cloud-based servers to ensure high availability and performance.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Configure and troubleshoot Dell and Citrix technologies to support business operations.
• Implement and monitor Amazon Cloud solutions to optimize system efficiency.
• Oversee Linux-based systems, ensuring their stability and security.
• Perform regular system updates and patch management to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system improvements.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to cloud and server infrastructure.
• Document system configurations and processes for reference and training purposes.
• Ensure the security of all systems by implementing appropriate protocols and practices.

• Proven experience managing Active Directory and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Hands‑on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud solutions, particularly Amazon Cloud.
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to document processes and system configurations clearly and concisely.
