Technical Application Manager

• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Work with business and IT application owners to onboard applications and ensure ongoing compliance
• Collaborate with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking activities and status updates
• Perform regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience

• Experience working in a compliance-related role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with regulatory directives relevant to software applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of risk management practices
