What You'll Do:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored according to safety guidelines.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly and caring attitude.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing and linens.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues or repairs within the community.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and coworkers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs.
- Crew leadership experience helpful
