Nephrologist – Lafayette, Indiana (1 Hour from Indianapolis) Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time position with outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis responsibilities
- Flexible weekday schedule with 1:4 call
- Support from experienced Nurse Practitioner
- Travel to nearby outreach clinics:
- Weekly (10–14 pts)
- Average daily volumes: 10–15 outpatients, 0–5 inpatients
- Competitive salary with income guarantee and bonus incentives

- 27 days PTO + 5 CME days and annual stipend
