A healthcare provider in Louisiana is looking for two full-time Medical Call Center Agents. These roles involve providing exceptional customer support, managing patient appointments, and ensuring accurate demographic information in the EMR system. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a call center, a high school diploma, and strong typing skills. The position is Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
