- Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for circulation to operational teams.
- Support with the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Perform or assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned including but not limited to development and monitoring of revenue, expenses, key performance metrics, presentations for senior management meetings and projects assigned by the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Compile, evaluate, and transform information from various systems and databases for use in financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound solutions.
- Expected to carefully consider manner in which work is presented and include summarized analysis, data, and visual presentation that is most appropriate for each situation.
- All work should be done in a way that is traceable, explainable, and with thought to how it can be easily replicated for various scenario changes.
- Must communicate effectively with other departments including but not limited to: IT, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations.
- Must have solid analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; prior exposure to analytical software suite, access, and billing systems is a plus
- Prior exposure to VBA, Workday Planning (Adaptive Planning), JavaScript, Micro Strategy, Python, Workday, SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of relational / multi-dimensional databases is a plus
- Data analysis skills is a plus: cleaning and analysis
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Must be able to work in a stressful, time sensitive environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Bachelor’s degree:
Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Data Science, Statistics required - CPA designation or Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the above fields preferred
- Strong analytical skills, data presentation, technical capabilities and metric management

- Adeptness at learning proprietary software applications
- Very detail oriented individual
- Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner via phone, e-mail, business letters, etc.
- Must be able to work under stressful situations while maintaining a professional attitude
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of prior financial analysis or reporting experience
- Healthcare finance experience a plus, if not a new college graduate
