Student Intern, Civil Engineering; Summer

Position: Student Intern, Civil Engineering (Summer 2026)
The Civil Engineering Student Intern will utilize their current knowledge to perform routine aspects of engineering and basic engineering principles under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. They will assist with various civil and coastal engineering projects including roadway design, site development, water resources engineering, feasibility studies, general civil applications, and coastal engineering efforts. Projects and tasks will involve the use of various engineering software programs as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Some responsibilities include:

* Collecting and preparing data for evaluation

* Assisting in the coordination of projects

* Providing support to engineering staff members as needed

* Completing a presentation to management of internship experience

Job Requirements

* Currently majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering at an accredited university

* Strong problem solving skills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to excel in individual and team environments

* Authorized to work in the United States
