- Resolve production and factory-related issues while supporting Built‑In‑Quality projects
- Review engine orders and implement updates aligned with improved design standards
- Collaborate with design teams to evaluate, approve, and integrate engineering changes into production processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering AND 1‑4 years of Mechanical Design Experience OR
- Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of Mechanical Design Experience
- Mechanical knowledge with exposure to engines, automotive domain, or farming equipment
- Mechanical Design experience
- Creo/3D CAD
- Teamcenter Visualization
- Good Communication
- Works well in a collaborative team
