As an Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon at Ochsner Lafayette General, you’ll step into a thriving practice with robust resources designed to support your success. Key highlights include:

• Immediate block time availability for efficient surgical scheduling.

• Support from multiple Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for both clinical and surgical assistance.
• Access to the region’s only single-specialty Orthopedic Hospital, featuring 6 operating rooms (ORs) with expansion potential, on-site inpatient rehab, and seamless patient care pathways.
• Additional resources at the main hospital, including 12 oversized ORs with 2-3 dedicated orthopedic rooms daily, and extra support staff (2-3 scrub techs per case as needed).
• A balanced schedule with 2-3 OR days per week, allowing time for clinic, teaching, and personal pursuits.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with subspecialty training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
