About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.

* Assist with membership inquiries and facilitate sign-ups.

* Maintain a clean and welcoming gym environment.

* Handle member concerns and feedback with professionalism.

* Promote fitness programs and special offers to members.

* Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Help create a positive and motivating atmosphere for all members.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or fitness environment.

* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with gym management software.

* Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.

* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
