The core functionality of the Senior Financial Analyst is to provide financial analysis and leadership in support of the VP of Finance, Business Development and the New Business Development Sales Team. This role is expected to provide critical analysis and communicate clearly with all stakeholders. The Senior Analyst is expected to be highly organized and manage diverse information and propose solutions for the development of New Business Proposals and Processes.
To be successful in this position, the desired candidate would have strong communication skills, analytical proficiency, a strong sense of urgency, and a willingness and desire to lead. Success in this position will also be determined by vision, execution, and follow-through in all aspects of their job. The expectation is that the candidate will provide leadership in a complex, information-asymmetric, and fast-paced environment where they will deliver results consistently and accurately, while helping the VP of Finance, Business Development manage the workload of the department.

- Independently provide due diligence for new business opportunities
- Review and analyze data provided by prospective clients
- Provide feedback and analysis to New Business Development Sales Team for prospective clients, including data and input clarifications
- Evaluate and transform internal and external information from various systems and databases for use in proposal development to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide Patient Collection Revenue Projections
- Managed Care Reimbursement Analysis
- Provide Expense Analysis of Inputs Provided By Internal Departments
- Provider Compensation Analysis
- Facility Coverage Analysis
- Medical Malpractice Analysis
- Compile and produce financial proformas for prospective clients
- Will exercise independent pricing authority
- Develop process improvements to improve inefficiencies in the proposal process
- Able to build ad-hoc models given limited initial criteria
- Develop budget and sales forecasting for models
- Research current market participants and pricing
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with executive team and strategic business stakeholders
- Provide decision and analytical support for New Business Development Sale Team, Deal Huddles and Executive Management
