Office Assistant

Computer skills – Microsoft office (excel in particular), ability to use web based programs, data entry

Reliability – needs to have own transportation as this is a critical attendance roll

Open Mind – must be able to work with people of all backgrounds and are able to handle customer service interactions

Retention – should be able to take notes and commit tasks to memory over time

Office experience is a plus although not a requirement
